企业文化是企业的灵魂和精神支柱。核工业第五研究设计院企业文化建设，以弘扬核工业精神和中核集团公司企业精神为先导，以历经“两弹一艇”和核电建设两次创业为基础，以紧抓核工业迎来大发展的重大机遇为动力，以努力构建具有亲和力、感召力和职工与企业共同发展的和谐五院为目标，在近五十年的发展历程中形成了具有核工业光荣传统与自身特色的文化理念。先后荣获中国国防工会“模范职工之家”；建设部“全国优秀勘察设计院院长”单位；河南省“优秀勘察设计院院长”单位、“高新技术企业”、郑州市“重合同、守信誉”经营管理先进单位、“质量管理先进单位”等先进称号。院党委多次被郑州市科技局和河南省勘察设计协会评为“先进党委”和“职工思想政治工作先进单位”。核工业第五研究设计院连续二十余年荣膺郑州市“文明单位”称号。

    Enterprise culture is the soul and moral support of the enterprise. Taking the promotion of the spirit of nuclear industry and the enterprise spirit of China national Nuclear Group Corporation as its guide, based on the undertaking of hydrogen bomb, atomic bomb and nuclear submarine, and the construction of nuclear power, seizing the important opportunity of great development of nuclear industry and aiming at creating a harmonious FINI with affinity, inspiring force and the mutual development of the staff members and the enterprise, FINI forms its cultural concept with the glorious tradition of the nuclear industry and its own characteristics in the cause of development of nearly fifty years.

    It was successively awarded the Model Workers' Home by China National Defense Workers' Union, the unit with all-china excellent president of design institute by the Ministry of Construction, the unit with excellent president of design institute of Henna Province, High and new Technology Enterprise, the advanced unit honoring contracts and abiding by its words, and the unit of advanced quality management.

    The Party Committee of FINI was awarded the advanced party committee and the advanced unit in the ideological and political work of staff members by Zhengzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and the Prospecting and Design Association of Henan Province many times. FINI has been awarded the title of Civilized Unit of Zhengzhou City for over twenty years on end.
